Your MySSI logbook in Excel, and in a logbook that does more with it

SSI’s spreadsheet gets your dives out. Loggerfish reads that spreadsheet as it is, with no columns to match, and adds what a spreadsheet cannot: SAC trends, seasons, a map of your sites, sync across devices and an export to Excel or UDDF whenever you want one.

Getting the spreadsheet

The logbook can be downloaded from my.DiveSSI.com as a spreadsheet, either .xlsx or .csv. The site sits behind a sign-in, so this rests on an export made in September 2026 rather than on a page anyone can read, and SSI’s own help pages do not describe the download. The menu names may differ from what you see.

Checked 22 October 2026 · Source: my.DiveSSI.com · my.DiveSSI.com FAQ

  1. If you log dives in the MySSI app, sync it first so the website has every dive. SSI’s FAQ puts this behind the gear icon, under settings and sync.
  2. Sign in at my.DiveSSI.com in a web browser.
  3. Open your logbook and download it as a spreadsheet. Keep the file exactly as it arrives.

Opening it in Excel

An .xlsx or .csv file is an ordinary spreadsheet, so Excel, Numbers, LibreOffice and Google Sheets all open it. Keep the original untouched and work on a copy.
